Your journey begins with Lash Mother Uli's comprehensive online education. You'll learn the science, safety, product knowledge, consultation process, and the "why" behind every step before ever working on a live model.
Learning doesn't stop after training day. You'll leave with a stronger understanding of lash lifts and the confidence to continue refining your skills as you grow your business.
Once you've completed the online theory, you'll train with me in person in Colorado. Together we'll apply everything you've learned in a supportive, hands-on environment where you can ask questions, receive personalized feedback, and build confidence working on real models.

Once you've completed your online portion we will schedule your in person model practice.
I will send over a link for LLR. 4.0 where you will pay for the course and get access to start your online theory.
You will get 6 months access to the online portion of LLR. 4.0 to work at your own pace.
All students will get community access to The Lash Lift Standard my virtual community to stay up to date and have continued support.
I will contact you to discuss all the details and go over any questions you have. We will go over your intake form and decide what is the best options for you.

Hey guys! I'm Jen, and I wanted to tell you a little about myself and why I created TruWay Lash.
I absolutely love the lash industry. What started as a career quickly turned into an obsession. My first love was Russian Volume, and I was the person staying up until midnight practicing handmade fans just because I couldn't get enough. I genuinely loved every part of it!
Then in 2022, things changed. Despite doing everything I could to work ergonomically, I started developing neck pain and nerve issues in my hands. I realized my body wasn't going to let me take clients forever, and I knew it was time to start sharing what I'd learned with other artists.
Throughout that journey, I invested heavily in education and became a certified trainer with brands like Lash Makers and Lash Mother Uli. But the more I learned, the more I noticed something missing in our industry.
There is so much information out there but there's also a lot of fluff, conflicting opinions, and confusion. I saw talented artists constantly second-guessing themselves because they didn't understand the why behind what they were doing.
That's why I created TruWay Lash.
My goal isn't to tell you there's only one right way. It's to help you understand the the technique, and the reasoning so you can think critically, make confident decisions, and develop your own professional opinions.
I'll be your lash confidant the person you can come to for honest answers, ethical education, and support without the ego.
No fluff. Just real education from someone who's in your corner and genuinely wants to see you succeed.
